The monthly report highlights key recruitment trends and statistics related to online jobs, resume postings and salary information collected from the Beyond.com Network of thousands of geographic, industry and specialty sites.
Some highlights from the report include:
- There was a 9.04% increase in the number of jobs posted in August 2008, compared to the number of jobs posted in July 2008.
- Professionals with 5-10 years of expereince had the largest percentage decline in salary expectations from July 2008 to August 2008 with a 5.7% decline.
- There was a 15.71% increase in the number of Real Estate jobs posted in August 2008, as compared to the number of jobs posted in July 2008.
